Frequently Asked Questions
Commonly asked questions about our finance and legal terms
are listed below. Please read these FAQs before
emailing dcerone.

"What is the average cost of a project?"
Projects vary in cost based on what they will consist of
(media, coding, etc.). It will also depend on if you
package multiple services together. Details about
these packages can be found
here.
"Can I pay my bill in increments?"
dcerone allows our clients to pay their entire bill up front
or allows you to pay over time. If you wish to pay
over time, dcerone uses a method of billing known as build
and pay, where the client will pay a percentage of the bill
based on the percent of the project completed. dcerone
can split payments into as many as five smaller bills.
We do not charge interest on any bill regardless of the time
it will take to pay it off. There is no penalty by
paying your remaining balance early.
"How can I pay for my service or project?"
We accept PayPal as our primary form of payment however we
do also take checks by mail. Credit cards are
not accepted. dcerone will take cash only in special
circumstances.
"How does web packaging work?"
Web packages we offer discount a certain percentage of each
part of the project. Only if you select to use all of
our services does the percentage discount offered apply to
all of the projects combined. For example, if you
select to use our website and logo design service, you will
receive 10% off your website design bill then 5% off your
logo design bill. These bills and percentage markdowns are separate but will
appear on the same statement. Note that these
percentages are not added together to make the discount 15%
off the entire bill.
"At what point do I need to sign a binding contract?"
If dcerone is designing a website or logo, you will need to
sign into a binding contract once you accept either the
concept design or in a logo creation case, after you have
selected a logo to use. When selecting a service such
as dc Care or Advertising Assistance, you will need to sign
a binding contract before we can assist you.
"Where can I find information regarding dcerone's
privacy policies,
procedures, and services?"
dcerone lists all of it's policies, procedures, and services
as well as contracts on our
terms page. |
