Section 1: Financing & Contracts
The following sections cover all information regarding
dcerone’s financial policies.
Section 1A: Financial Billing Overview
You agree to provide dcerone required information during the
design process. You agree to give dcerone 15 day notice before
canceling a project build or quote. You agree to pay in
full or in build and pay amounts for all services, design
aspects, or otherwise that will be fulfilled by dcerone.
dcerone will work in fragments on the project if our build
and pay option is chosen meaning that dcerone will only
build fifty percent of the project if the client has only
paid fifty percent of the bill. Once the client pays
another percentage, work continues to that percentage and so
on. You understand that failure to entirely pay in the allotted
time of fifteen days after this contract is signed and you
invoice is received, unless otherwise specified (based on
payment plan), may be subject to prosecution and is
punishment to the full extent of the law. A missed
payment will result in a five percent increase on the missed
payment and each payment thereafter until the entire bill is
paid in full.
Section 1B: Price Assurance
dcerone will match a competitors price based on several
criteria. The competitor must be offering similar products
and services as dcerone. Final decision is always up to
dcerone’s discretion. Prospective clients of dcerone must
submit a hard copy of the competitors quote to dcerone
before entering dcerone’s Concept Design phase. A
percent reduction on the competitor's price is always up to dcerone’s discretion.
Section 1C: Project Termination & Removal Of Branding Overview
In the event of a project termination by dcerone during
creation, a refund is given in the amount that the client
has paid and the project including design and information
gathered for the design will be deleted. Customer
information will be kept for at least six months regardless
of termination. In the event of a project termination by
the client during creation, dcerone will require the client
to pay the remainder of the percentage payment (if using
build and pay) plus half the contract fee.
Applicants who apply
for a web site design and receive a website for a discount
or free are required to keep the dcerone logo and or link on
their site as set in the original template. If the
applicant wishes to remove this logo and or link and or
other dcerone paraphernalia, applicants will be charged a
$100 removal fee. Clients must change or update the dcerone
logo and or link if or when the dcerone logo and or link

one year contract with dcerone. If the contract is broken
due to a payment missed or blatant written or oral
termination given to dcerone, the client must still pay the
remaining balance of the dc Care Plan they have signed for
regardless of their progress into the Plan. If a client
defaults and cannot pay their contract, legal action will be
taken. Clients must be sure they can complete payment of a
Plan before signing. Participants may also pay by the month
for their Plan. The plan will simply be divided up into
twelve payments. There is no interest and there is no
