Forum moderators generally spend most of their time posting
new threads to get people talking, promoting the forum by
creating events for the forum members, deleting
inappropriate posts and threads, and taking a course of
punishment action upon the member who posted the content.
To apply, you must have a clean mind and good morals along
with a keen sense of what makes people interested in a
subject.

Webmaster
The job of a webmaster is nothing short of a work of art for
every Beco networked site. A webmaster spends his or
her time modifying existing sites by adding media, pages,
applets (such as Java, Flash, etc.), and scripting pages.
Webmasters may also take part in new site builds. It
is the webmasters job to make sure that there are no errors
on the domain it is ruling (such as broken links, innuendos,
cursing, etc.).
To apply, you must be well educated in HTML and PHP.
It is also recommended you understand how to create and
install Flash applications along with Java applications.
You will need an website editing software such as
Expressions, and you will need a photo editing software such
as Photoshop. This job is a paid job.
